Help patients regain their mobility and independence while enjoying a charming historic town with easy access to Philadelphia.

Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a SNF setting. Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Help patients improve strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.

Treat patients recovering from surgery, illness, injury, or hospitalization. Collaborate with nursing staff and the interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
