Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing setting. Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Help patients improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation. Requirements Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain). Recent Physical Therapist experience preferred. Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred.
