Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) - Home Health Contract Needham Area, Massachusetts 13-Week Contract | Strong Extension Potential Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnering with a respected home health organization in Massachusetts seeking an experienced Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a home health contract assignment. This opportunity offers a guaranteed 40-hour workweek, mileage reimbursement, weekly pay, and the chance to make a meaningful impact in patients' homes throughout the Greater Boston area.
Assignment Details Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Orientation: Southborough, MA Interview Required Fast Feedback & Onboarding Strong likelihood of extension Coverage Area Patients will be seen throughout: Stoughton, MA Canton, MA Easton, MA Foxboro, MA Franklin, MA Mansfield, MA Sharon, MA Wrentham, MA Plainville, MA Responsibilities Provide physical therapy services in patients' homes Implement treatment plans developed by the Physical Therapist Document patient progress and outcomes Travel throughout assigned territory to patient homes Maintain compliance with agency and state requirements Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams Requirements Active Massachusetts PTA License Current or previous Home Health experience Homecare Homebase experience required Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and auto insurance BLS Certification (AHA) by start date TB test completed within one year of start date Additional Benefits Mileage reimbursement at $0.70/mile Guaranteed 40 hours weekly Weekly pay Dedicated recruiter support Extension opportunities Fast interview process
