PreOp/PACU/Pre-Post Cath and Procedural Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated PreOp/PACU/Pre-Post Cath and Procedural Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position requires proficiency in recovering both adult and pediatric patients across various surgical specialties. Responsibilities Provide exceptional nursing care to preoperative and postoperative patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Monitor vital signs and patient conditions during recovery from anesthesia and surgical procedures. Assist in procedures including Orthopedics, Podiatry, ENT, Urology, GYN, General Surgery, Plastics, Endoscopy, Ophthalmology, and Pre/Post Catheterization. Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care plans and recovery processes.
Adhere to all protocols and guidelines for patient care and safety. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in a similar role. Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to respond to emergencies effectively. Flexibility with scheduling, including availability for call and holiday coverage as required. Shift Information Shifts may be 10s or 12s, with varying days.
