Nights, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Oct 26, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an RN for a Progressive Care Unit position requiring telemetry experience and NIH Stroke Certification on a 12-hour night shift schedule. Details Mixed-acuity, 39-bed unit specializing in medical, surgical, and stepdown care Patient population primarily elderly, with some patients as young as 18 RN patient ratios of 4:1 or 5:1 depending on acuity 12-hour night shifts, 36 hours per week Every other weekend required Rotating holiday coverage required Requirements Active RN license (NH or Compact) with proof of state residency required BLS certification required NIH Stroke Certification required prior to consideration Minimum 1.5 years of recent equivalent experience required Telemetry nursing experience required Cardizem and Amiodarone drip experience required Recent Level 1 or comparable Level 2 Trauma experience within the last 2 years required Additional Information Must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the facility to be eligible for consideration
