✓Minimum 1 year of experience in an inpatient psychiatric setting
✓Previous behavioral health (BH) experience required
✓Experience caring for adult, pediatric (ages 5–17), and geriatric patients
✓Experience with Cerner is relevant to the facility's charting system
✓Must be willing to work with both adult and pediatric populations
✓Ability to assess patients, develop and implement nursing care plans, evaluate responses to treatment, and coordinate discharge planning
