Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Behavioral Health team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in psychiatric nursing and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care. Shift Details Evening/Night shifts available: 1500-2330, 1900-0730, and 2300-0730 3x12-hour shifts for Night schedule (19:00 - 07:30) Weekend rotation and holidays as needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Active RN license required BLS certification required (American Heart Association only) Role Responsibilities Primary focus on providing supportive psychiatric nursing care, with minimal involvement in medication distribution Experience with a lower RN to patient ratio is preferred Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Conduct patient assessments, monitor behaviors, and provide therapeutic interventions Document patient progress and communicate effectively with staff and families If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals facing mental health challenges and meet the qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.
