✓Epic charting experience required
✓Experience with crisis intervention, de-escalation, behavioral management, and voluntary/involuntary admissions
✓10-bed locked adult inpatient psychiatric unit
✓Ratio 1:3–4
✓Average census 9
✓Adult/geriatric patients with depression, schizophrenia, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric conditions
✓Every other weekend required
✓No on-call
✓May float within hospital or to nearby affiliate facility
✓No locals within 100 miles
Charge experience preferred
