2 years First-time traveler: Upon Review Patient Types: Outpatient Oncology patients only Covid & PPE Patient Ratios: Required

RN - BLS Radiation Therapist - BLS RTR cert Skills required RN - Assist physician on clinic days, History and Physicals, coordinate care, V/S, point of care testing. Radiation Therapist - Administer radiation Varian Support on the Unit: 2 nd therapist working Radiation Oncologist on site twice a week One nurse scheduled every day Patient service representative responsible for scheduling, coordinating and patient flow Charting System/Equipment: EPIC Alaris Pyxis Floating: N/A Orientation: NEO Unit orientation: one week Scheduling: Weekend rotation – N/A Can we approve time off: Will they be on call: No Holiday Expectations: none
