Radiation Therapist Pleasanton. The Radiation Therapist delivers prescribed radiation treatments and patient simulations according to treatment plans and established clinical standards. Job Details Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ARRT-RTT Registered TechnologistRadiation Therapy certification; CRT-T certification.
Day shift, 8-hour shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Information: Provides radiation therapy and patient simulations according to written prescriptions, treatment plans, and orders. Explains procedures, observes patients for treatment reactions, reinforces education and side-effect management, documents treatment accurately, maintains a safe and orderly treatment environment, performs equipment safety and calibration checks, and supports quality improvement, training, and continuing education activities.
