4, 10-hour shifts, 7 am-5:30 pm ON-CALL: Yes every third weekend, 1-2 call shifts per week, rotating additional call shifts per department need WEEKENDS: every other weekend rotation, rotating additional call shifts per department need EXPECTED WEEKLY HRS: 40
