4x10 0730-1800 Call: 1-2 nights per week (1800-0730) and every other weekend (Fri 6p-Mon 7:30a). No call on off day during the week unless requested by resource. Float required Travelers requesting time off (RTO) during any holiday or holiday week will not be accommodated.
This policy applies to the following holidays: Valentine's Day, Local Spring Break (3/9-3/15/26), Easter (4/5/26), Mother's Day (5/10/26), Memorial Day (5/22-5/25/26), Father's Day (6/21/26), Independence Day (7/3-7/5/26), Labor Day (9/4-9/7/26), Local Fall Break (10/5-10/11/26), Halloween (10/30-11/1/26), Thanksgiving (11/26-11/29/26), Christmas (12/24-12/27/26), and New Year’s (12/31-1/3/27). Travelers may address any holiday RTO directly with the manager after arriving onsite for their assignment by using the RTO form.
