Contract details
  • Rate is $5 less if within 51
  • 100 miles and $10 less if within 50 miles NOTE: Distance is measured by a straight line not driving distance Replacement, need ASAP start. Assignment for 16
  • 26 weeks. are tiered based on mileage - measured by direct line not driving distance. Travel (101 miles+), Radius (51
  • 100 miles), Local (50 miles or less)Travelers must work 2 out of the 3 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas/Christmas Eve, and New Years Day/EveCT Tech: Floating is not required but call and holidays are as scheduled. Example schedule consists of 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts, 1 day off, then another 3 consecutive 12-hour shifts, followed by 6 days off. A minimum of every other weekend and/or schedule adjusted to meet the needs of the unit and patient care.
  • ARRT CT required. NY injection certification PREFERRED, will help obtain during orientation if needed
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience required
  • EPIC experience from within the past 2 years is required and nonnegotiable
  • NY license, or proof of application with applied date, required in packet at time of submission - please note NY licensing takes 6-8 weeks and we will take that into consideration with start dates/offersAdditional Information:
  • IVS to OFFER
  • Monday to Sunday
  • No block schedules for any reason
  • Bi-weekly orientations on Monday, next available is 8/24
  • Please ensure all employment gaps over 90 days are explained
  • This facility requires ALL work history information (bed count, EMR, facility type, etc.) to be complete in order to submitDisclaimers:
