Unit Information: Special Procedures & IR (727) & (747) Location: HCA Florida Lawnwood Regional Address: 1700 South 23rd street, Ft Pierce, FL 34954 Floor: Building: Main General Information Tell us about the unit(s):
Number of Beds - 3 rooms, 1 patient per room
Number of Staff - 20 , consisting of RNS and Techs
Type of staff: o Day Shift - 1 Charge RN, Director, Manager, Supervisor, 4 staff members per room, 12 total per shift o Night Shift - On-call team, 2 each call team, 4 total
Patient Ratios - 1:1
Type of equipment - GE and Philips rooms
EMR - Meditech and MacLab Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
BLS, ACLS, ARRT for Techs
Must be competent in Special Procedures & GE Innova & must have recent acute facility IR/Specials experience. Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
RCIS for techs
List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
Cardiac Cath, Cerebella angiograms, stents, Balloons, ENT Lab, scrubbing
On-call is required of 1-2 weekday shifts and 1 weekend per 4 week period. Best personality Fit:

On-call is frequent, must be flexible and adapt to needs of Unit Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
