Facility: UCM Advent Health Hinsdale and LaGrange Base at Hinsdale but will float to LaGrange Specialty/Unit: Interventional Radiology Start Date: ASAP Shift & exact times: 4x10 hour shifts, 0700-1730 Length of assignment: 13 weeks Required Certs: BLS, ACLS, ARRT (Illinois) Any important details we should note for this Unit?: Neuro IR and IR Body, assigned daily coverage to either LaGrange or Hinsdale, overnight call coverage for both LaGrange and Hinsdale, Call

Will you take a first-time traveler? Yes. Will you allow Blocked Schedule (Shifts grouped together)?
