  • Number of Staff - 10
  • Type of staff: o Day Shift - 3-4 Techs, 3-4 RNs, 1 Scheduler/Coordinator o Night Shift - Call
  • Patient Ratios - Depends of type of IR procedure performed
  • Type of equipment - Discovery 740 IGS
  • EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
  • Critical Care Experience
  • Procedural Area Experience
  • Moderate Sedation Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  • PALS
  • Meditech Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
  • Biopsies/Drain Insertion
  • Angiograms/Peripheral Vascular
  • Paracenteses/Thoracentesis
  • Assist with other imaging needs (CT Coronary/MRI Monitoring/Myelograms)
  • Line Placement
  • RNs are not required to scrub cases Best personality Fit:
  • Outgoing, self-starter, team oriented, positive personality REQUIRED
  • BLS, ACLS Floating Area(s):
  • None likely; possibly assisting in CT, MRI, Radiology Dress Code :
  • Scrub Color/Attire - Scrubs provided Weekends and On call (if any):
  • 1-2 nights of call per week, 1 weekend of call every 4-5 weekends
