Radiology / Cardiology - Nuclear Medicine Tech

We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging procedures using radioactive materials and specialized equipment. This role will support inpatient, outpatient, and emergency studies while ensuring patient safety and accurate, high-quality imaging. Shift - 5x8s weekdays

Perform nuclear medicine diagnostic procedures according to established protocols. Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely. Position and transport patients as needed.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain nuclear medicine equipment. Follow radiation safety and ALARA guidelines. Review physician orders and verify patient information.

Document procedures, patient data, and radioactive materials accurately. Monitor for contamination and maintain required department records.

Associate degree required. 1 year of experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist. Experience with inpatient, outpatient, and emergency imaging preferred. Strong knowledge of radiation safety and nuclear medicine procedures.

Certifications and License: Certification through the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB). Active Florida Nuclear Medicine Technologist license required.
