• Must hold both Nuclear Medicine and CT credentials
• Nuclear Medicine: ARRT (N) or NMTCB
• CT: Postprimary credential in Computed Tomography (CT)
• Acceptable credentials include R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or CNMT, NMTCB(CT)
• May submit with a pending New Jersey license Assignment Overview
