Nuclear Medicine Tech 1st-time traveler accepted 1 year of experience - must have either ARRT N or CNMT cert. Epic experience required 5x8 days - no weekends or call Closed on the actual Holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day); open the day before and after the holiday if it falls during the week. drawing venous blood, isolation precautions/PPE, lead experience, starting and maintaining IVs, storing/handling/disposal of radioactive materials Black scrubs Travelers MUST shave for a mask to seal for Fit Testing. CAPRs and PAPRs are not provided and SSM will not allow travelers to use their own PAPRs or CAPRs at their facilities; there are no exceptions. Failure to shave for FIT testing will result in a cancel.
