We do SBRT, IMRT, basic radiation therapy, and some breathhold treatments. Candidates should be able to work a Trilogy and/or a Trubean machine.
Weekend Requirement None On Call Requirement None Floating Requirement / Locations None Nurse / Patient Ratio Two therapists per machine and they will see 15-25 patients each day Dress Code Olive green pants and black shirts preferred
Performs radiation therapy and radiographic procedures involving the application of X-rays and radioactive substances to patients. Operates specialized X-ray equipment as prescribed by the physician. Keeps treatment records and prepares operational reports as required.
Maintains, stores and orders supplies and equipment.
• Provides quality patient care in relation to the patient's prescribed diagnosis, treatment, age group, development and other identified needs • Responsible for the performance of all duties relating to the administration of a prescribed course of Radiation Therapy
