5x8-hour shifts Patient Ratio: Not specified Charting System: Epic highly preferred Float Required: Provides nursing coverage for MRI, CT, PET, mammography, and ultrasound procedures Call Requirement: Not specified Note: IV experience, point-of-care testing, and radiology experience required. Minimum 2 years of ambulatory outpatient and radiation safety experience required. Position Overview: Provides safe, patient-centered nursing care for outpatient radiology procedures.
Responsibilities include patient assessment, IV-related care, procedure preparation, monitoring, patient education, documentation, and collaboration with the radiology team to ensure patient safety.
License: Active New York State RN license
Minimum 2 years of RN experience, including ambulatory outpatient and radiation safety experience; 1 year of travel experience required for travel positions
