Radiology Imaging Manager 📍 Winnebago, NE | 🕒 Full-Time | Lead the Future of Diagnostic Imaging Hospital is seeking a skilled and motivated Radiology Imaging Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Radiology Department while providing exceptional diagnostic imaging services to our patients and community. This leadership role combines hands-on clinical work with department management responsibilities, making it an excellent opportunity for an experienced Radiologic Technologist ready to advance their career.
Lead and supervise Radiology Department staff Perform diagnostic X-ray and CT procedures Manage departmental scheduling, staffing, and on-call coverage Oversee department budgets, equipment maintenance, and resource planning Ensure quality patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance Collaborate with radiologists, providers, and clinical teams Drive service excellence and continuous quality improvement initiatives Mentor, train, and support staff development Qualifications ✅ Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program ✅ Current Medical Radiographer License ✅ ARRT Certification ✅ BLS/CPR Certification ✅ Minimum 3 years of radiology experience ✅ Leadership or management experience preferred
