REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Position: Rapid Response Registered Nurse (RRT RN). Facility: Kaweah Health, California. 5 years of critical care experience requested in the opening description. The detailed
states a minimum of 2 years of critical care RN experience. General travel compliance lists 1 year, but this should not override the specialty-specific requirements. Strong experience managing critically ill and medically compromised patients.
Must be comfortable independently assessing and stabilizing patients during emergencies. Excellent multidisciplinary communication, clinical leadership, and teamwork skills required. Previous travel experience is not explicitly required.

Nights. Hours: 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
3 × 12-hour shifts. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS Mandatory BLS – Required. ACLS – Required.
NIHSS / Stroke Certification from the American Stroke Association – Required. Kaweah Health-approved Crisis Intervention Training – Required. CCRN from the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) – Required.
LICENSE Active California RN License – Required.
