Job Summary and QualificationsSupports department by facilitating the delivery of professional, specialized nursing care related to Rapid Response Team for the well-being and comfort of patients; utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation to provide care, documentation and teaching related to acute needs; and by implementing medically prescribed interventions related to acute care needs in defined population.
