Travel Behavioral Health RN Start: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks

Rotating Shift, Days/Nights, EOW, 3x12s **Floating required to Adolescent and Geriatric Behavioral Health units **/hr approved for TRAVEL (over 50 miles) **/hr approved for LOCAL (within 50 miles) **BLS required **Inpatient Adolescent (14-17 year old) Psych experience required **De-escalation training/certification required, can attend SAFE Training Course onsite if needed **Working in a 44 bed inpatient psych facility The Nurse Leader Consultant is responsible for the management of clinical and other activities in the assigned unit(s).

Maintains responsibility for the implementation of the philosophy, goals, and standards of the Department of Nursing. Formulates and monitors capital, personnel, and operating budgets. Directs staffing and scheduling of personnel.

Supervises employees in the delivery of care. Plans and coordinates orientation and educational needs of the staff. Maintains a good working relationship with other disciplines.

Promotes positive public relations as a representative of the Nursing Department.
