- Number of Beds - 29
- Number of Staff - 14-24
- Type of staff: A typical care team includes people with different training and specialties, for example a doctor, nurse practitioner, nurse, psychiatric tech and social worker or therapist.
- Day Shift - Director, 5-6 RNs, CANs, LPNs
- Night Shift - Charge RN, 3-4 RNs, multiple on-call staff
- Patient Ratios - 1:1, 2:1,

- EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- BLS and CPI are a must
- Previous acute care Hospital Behavioral Health experience Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- ACLS
- Previous Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Behavioral health units and facilities should be designed to appear comfortable, attractive, and as residential in character as possible
- Nurse stations should provide the least possible barrier between staff and patients. Best personality Fit:
- Critical thinker, compassionate, patient care experience
- Excellent bedside manner, willing to go above and beyond Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
- Scrub color- In Psych units, travelers may wear scrubs or street clothes on the unit. Awards/Recognition: Feel free to include items such as links to videos that feature the department, outstanding department/team awards, reigning annual chili cook-off winners, etc.
