Patient Ratios: o RN: 1:6 o MHT: 1:12 ? Required Licensure &
o BLS, CPI ? Skills required: o Ability to provide direct and indirect patient care, strong interpersonal and de-escalation communication skills, ability to work collaboratively, solid written and oral communication skills, ability to tolerate moderate to high stress levels. o De-escalation, experience with physical restraints, medical restraints, medication passes, comfortability to run groups (not required), documentation. o May have patients who are recently Postpartum, if they have compounding psych diagnoses requiring inpatient treatment. o Open Day room unit – all dx – not a designated detox center, but some people are naturally detoxing. ?
