RN-Cath Lab jobs at the facility in Lewiston, ID let you provide skilled nursing care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiovascular procedures in a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You will assess patients, prepare for procedures, assist with circulating and scrubbing roles, and monitor patients during and after procedures using electronic medical record (EMR) systems. To qualify, you must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold a current Idaho RN license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are required. Moderate/conscious sedation competency is needed per facility policy. Two years of clinical nursing experience and one year of Cath Lab or cardiac experience are preferred.
Proficiency in EKG rhythm interpretation, invasive monitoring, and cardiac equipment is recommended.
