5 ORs. Adults and geriatrics. On call requirements- Saturday and Sunday 24 hrs; 5p-7a M-F.

EPIC EMR. Top 10 Diagnosis/Procedures: Open heart and vascular procedures (both open and endovascular) Common medications: IV contrast, locals Must have 2 years exp, exp with vascular device access and dialysis fistulas.
