- EMR - Meditech / Midas
- Permanent Positions on Unit Avaliable? (Y/N) - Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
- Meditech or HCA experience
- Bed side case management experience at least 1 year
- Post acute care knowledge Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
- Meditech/Midas or HCA experience
- Throughput experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
- Discharge planning and progression
- Hard conversations with family, patients and open discussion with MD for plans of care Best personality Fit:
- Strong personality to have hard conversations
- Adaptable and proactive Dress Code : Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
- Scrub Color - Navy with white lab coat
