FLU VACCINE REQUIRED DURING FLU SEASON. MUST HAVE PERM MA LICENSE IN HAND 40-hours per week (Dependent on operational need, may be 4x10's or 5x8's) Day shift, Monday – Friday Candidates have at least 2 years of case management experience. 6-months discharge planning Case Management experience in an Acute Care hospital. This should ideally be a large organization/teaching hospital with 500 beds or more A local discount of five percent (5%) will be applied for any candidate whose permanent residence is less than 60 miles from the work location.

MGB References - 2 references within 4 years of submission. Minimum 1 Supervisor or above, in skillset.
