  • Number of Beds - Units are mainly 20 beds each.
  • Number of Staff - Team of CM/SW to manage load
  • Type of staff:
  • Day Shift - Friday-Monday 7:530
  • Day Shift - Monday -Friday 8-4:30
  • Night Shift -
  • Patient Ratios - SW: 1:40 RN: 1:20
  • Type of equipment - mobile, computer
  • EMR - Meditech/Midas/Navihealth Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
  • Minimum 1-year current acute care Case Management RN experience
  • BLS Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
  • ED experience
  • Palliative Care Knowledge and GOC Conversation List typical procedures performed on unit(s):
  • Suicide Risk Assessments
  • SBIRT/Substance Assessment
  • Discharge Planning Assessments
  • Discharge Planning
  • Behavioral Health experience with suicide risk and substance use assessments Best personality Fit:
