  • Monday through Friday with 1 weekend a month. The weekend shift is 4 hours Sat and 4 hours Sunday (they then flex off the following Thursday).

  • Must Have Skills/Experience: Knowledge of post-acute care, care coordination, case management, business development/marketing
  • Preferred Skillset/Experience: Understanding of insurance authorizations and process
  • Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Stroke/CVA, Brain Injury, Spinal Cord Injury
  • Personality Fit: Outgoing, assertive, comfortable with marketing and making quick connections and building relationships. Also need to be flexible as each day is different based on the business needs of the unit.
