Registered Nurse Case Manager (RN CM) – Travel Assignment Seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for an acute-care hospital travel assignment.
* Minimum 1 year of acute-care hospital Case Management experience * Current RN license * EPIC experience required * Experience with MCG or InterQual preferred * CCM certification preferred, but not required * Intermediate computer skills * Strong clinical assessment, care coordination, discharge planning, and communication skills * Ability to work four 10-hour shifts per week, including a rotating weekend schedule * Ability to work independently and effectively within a multidisciplinary care team Ideal Candidate: A self-directed RN Case Manager who is experienced in managing complex hospitalized patients, coordinating services, facilitating timely transitions of care, and documenting accurately in the electronic medical record.
Locals accepted: Yes, the facility intends to convert local candidates upon completion of their 13-week assignment. Compensation will be determined based on years of experience.
