Registered Nurse - Case Manager

Case Manager - 4/10s Days Need to work 2 weekend shifts per 4 week period ***Traveler MUST have strong EPIC and strong acute care experience*** **Minimum 2 years of Case Management experience, with critical care experience and recent travel experience** Patient Population: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Epic Charting **Strong EPIC experience required** NO first time travelers (traveler must have strong travel history and 0-1 cancels) Required Certs/Skills: BCLS BSN Job Duties: The RN Care Coordinator is responsible for determining the appropriateness of hospital admission, and for advocating, coordinating and facilitating the interdisciplinary plan of care to expedite medically appropriate, effective, efficient, and time utilization of resource for maximum patient outcomes. *Flu Vaccine Required - exemptions accepted on case by case basis*
