Registered Nurse - Cath Lab

Facility: Johns Hopkins Hospital Units: Zayed 5 (cvil) (4801357462) JHH Zayed 5 (CVIL) Cardiovascular Interventional Lab (consists of Cath and EP labs) Must have ICU Experience AND Cardiac Cath and/or EP Lab Experience. Required: RN License, BLS and ACLS; Minimum (2) years RN Cardiac/Surgical ICU experience Experience Needed: Cardiovascular Interventional Lab (CVIL) Cath and/or EP labs experience, Moderate sedation experience Preferred: EPIC CUPID, Critical Care Certification, trauma course Orientation dates: 2nd and 4th Monday of the Month CVDL operates eleven procedure rooms for diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Services included in the Cardiovascular Diagnostic and Interventional Laboratory: Coronary Artery Disease; Valvular Heart Disease; Cardiomyopathy; Pericardial Disease; Peripheral Artery Disease; Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Aortic Disease. 13-week assignment

• M-F Four 10-hour shifts - alternating/staggered ten-hour shifts (6:30- 5 p.m., 7
• 5:30 p.m., 8
• 6:30 p.m. and 9
• 7:30 p.m.) Rotating day off: No Block scheduling - No Set Schedule On Call: Weekday, Weekend and Holiday -will review frequency, etc. during interview; minimum 7 -10 days every 6 weeks. Call has a required 30-minute response time.
