FLU VACCINE REQUIRED DURING FLU SEASON. MUST HAVE PERM MA LICENSE IN HAND The Cardiac Catheterization RN acts as a critical member of the patient care team within the department, collaborates fully with the other care team members in assuring continuity of care for their patients. The Cath Lab RN promotes a philosophy of patient/family-focused care in all interactions with patients, families, and hospital personnel and focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
We prefer 2+ years of ICU experience and 1+ years of experience as a Cath Lab RN. Prior traveler experience preferred but not required. We can support either 3 X 12-hour shifts or 4 X 10-hour shifts.
Weeknight, weekend, and holiday call possible during contract but no weekend or holiday worked shifts. In a 13-week contract, you can expect 1-2 weeknights (total) and possibly 1 weekend (not guaranteed). A local discount of five percent (5%) will be applied for any candidate whose permanent residence is less than 60 miles from the work location.
All units schedule day/night within the same week, when we offer day/night shifts. You will rotate within the same week, but have at minimum 24 hours off before switching to the next shift. EX: you may have back to back nights, but would have min. 24 hours off before going to day shift to finish out your 36 hrs.
