Call Requirement: 10-12 shifts per month with weekend call included Locals accepted: Yes. $15 off the BR for Indiana residents. Procedures completed: Impella, insertion, Left heart catheterization, Right heart catheterization, Rotablader, Pacemaker/defib device placement, Stents, Thrombectomy, Balloon Angioplasty, PCI
