  • Weekend: Rotating - On Call

  • Documentation system: Meditech
  • 3-4 patient assignments, travelers will be asked to care for admission holds

  • Heart Transplant Experience
  • BLS
  • ACLS - facility requirement
  • PALS - facility requirement

  • Coronary Artery Bypass
  • Surgical Valve Replacements
  • Adult Heart Transplant
  • TAVR
  • Pediatric Hearts
  • Thoracic/Lung procedures
  • VENTRICULAR ASSIST DEVICES Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.
  • Scrub Color
  • RN: Facility will provide scrubs
  • Nail Policy - Clean and Healthy
  • Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed
  • Tattoos - Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually
  • Piercings - Visible piercings other than ears, is prohibited Unit Guidelines/Policies:
