AUTO OFFER POSITION Porter Hospital, IN Travel OR CVOR RN CIRCULATOR - Surgery Open Heart START ASAP DURATION: 13 Weeks RTO BLACKOUT DATES OR REQUIRED HOLIDAYS: Week of Christmas MAX AMOUNT OF RTO: 1 week GH: 72 Bi-Weekly (96 Bi-Weekly not an option)

**RN IN licensure **ACLS, BLS required **Required
Must have OPEN HEART EXPERIENCE ** Other Experience includes Ortho, Neuro, Davinci Robot, General, Gyn, Podiatry **2 years in Open Heart experience EMR: Cerner SCOPE OF ROLE: Open Heart RN APPROVED ORIENTATION DATES: 10/19/26 or every other Monday (with the exception of holidays) NUMBER OF BEDS IN UNIT: 12 beds PATIENT RATIO: 1:1 SCRUB COLOR: Surgical blue Travelers submitted must attach required license and certifications or will be rejected Must include driver's license /permanent home address on the submission - address must match ID Travelers must be greater than 50 miles from facility - local candidates not accepted Comments Reason for opening (special, internal vacancy, leave coverage) ******************************************************************************* How long has it been open?
