12-Hour Rotating Days/Nights (6:45 AM - 7:15 PM / 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM) based on unit needs Preference to candidates who will work 1 winter holiday (Christmas 2026 or NY 2027) Important Requirements 50-Mile Radius Rule Applies Previous Travel Experience Required
BSN required ADN accepted with 6+ years of relevant experience Licensure &
Active Colorado RN License or Multi-State Compact License PALS ACLS BLS Required
Minimum 2-3 years of Staff RN experience in a dedicated CVPICU/Pediatric CICU Open Heart setting Previous travel experience required Required Certifications PALS Heartcode ACLS Heartcode BLS
Pediatric CCRN strongly preferred VAD (Ventricular Assist Device) experience preferred (Please note VAD experience in work history comments) Teaching Hospital experience strongly preferred Scheduling Requirements Weekend Requirement: Up to 75% of scheduled shifts On-Call Requirement: None Float Requirement: Within Children's Hospital Colorado Anschutz Campus as needed Float Policy Client reserves the right to float or reassign personnel to other areas of practice within their clinical competency to fulfill guaranteed scheduled hours.
Travelers may also be floated within thirty-five (35) miles of their originally assigned facility unless otherwise specified in the individual assignment confirmation. Additional Notes No RTO will be approved during the first two weeks of the assignment. Seasonal Influenza Vaccine required.
Medical and religious exemption requests for the influenza vaccine are accepted. Preference to candidates who will work 1 winter holiday (Christmas 2026 or NY 2027)
