Position: Main ED RN Ratios: 1:4 Days/Nights/Weekends Pt Age Group: Neonates, Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics Local Rate: $82 Min Years of Exp: Minimum 2 years experience. Must have PEDS ED skillset, strongly prefer PEDS ED experience, but strong PEDS experience in mixed ED is passable. Required Certs: ACLS, BLS, NIH, TNCC, ENPC, PALS

General Emergency Department-Combined Adult/Pedi, Interpretation/Management of dysrhythmias, Blood Product Administration, Phlebotomy, Starting IVs, Continuous IV sedation, IV vasopressors, Procedural Sedation Administration, CPAP/BiPAP, Ventilated patients, Isolation Precautions, Triage, Peds skillset First-Timer OK: No – hard stop Local OK: Yes Preferred Certs: CPI, PCAR Preferred

• Level I Trauma Center, Arterial line management, Central line care/management, Neurological, Ortho
• Trauma, Head injury, Near drowning, Spinal cord injury, Interpretation of ABGs, Gunshot wounds, Traumatic amputation Weekend REQ: Every other On
