Will work up to every other weekend. Trauma Level 3, Telestroke/Teleneurology, onsite Mental Health Assessment & Referral part of the time/Telemental Health, Sexual Assault Nurses to do SANE exams and Domestic Violence Exams, 18% pediatric patients, high volume mental health and ETOH, Teleinterpreters, Social Worker part of the time, Financial Counselor part of the time, pharmacist in ED part of the time. Special Procedures/Unit Details: Moderate sedation, Nitrous Oxide, Level 1 MI's, Trauma Codes, Medical Alerts- cardiac arrest, overdose, respiratory distress, Code Stroke, Code Sepsis, Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Exams by trained nurses Special Equipment: Nicom for noninvasive hemodynamic monitoring, Ranger Rapid Infuser/Fluid Warmer, Venue 40 to assist with IV starts, Bladder Scanner, Life Pak Defib, Lucas, Dash 5000 cardiac monitors, Airpal Skills Required: Telemetry, Nitrous Oxide Use Certifications Required: ACLS, BCLS, PALS or ENPC Certifications Preferred: NIH Minimum 2 years experience required Accepts first time travelers
