Shifts will be directly booked with facility. Clinician needs to work 3 shifts per week, and if 3 shifts are not available, they will need to reach out to Aya staffing immediately. 24 hour weekly guarantee. First and last week and any week containing RTO is not guaranteed.
ER RN – Days 0645-1915 ALL requirements listed below must be included with submission and updated application. Please include notes regarding missing certifications, etc. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** -
Minimum 1.5 year of ER RN experience. - LICENSE: Active CA License in hand - CERITIFCATIONS (must have in-hand upon submittal to be considered): Current ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, NIH, and *CPI, MAB, or AVADE required - certification must come from a certifying body that includes a hands-on component. Certifications that were done without a hands-on session will not be accepted. - Advanced EKG Exam: ER RNs are required to complete the Advanced EKG Exam during compliance.
A score of 80% or higher is passing and there will be two attempts allowed. - REFERENCES: Two supervisor references, updated within the last year and from working within the last 2 years. Must be from unit they are applying to. At least one to submit.
Peer references are not accepted. RETURNING CLINICIANS: If clinician has previously worked here, facility will need to approve. CHARTING - Cerner (Prior Experience Preferred).
PLEASE NOTE: Most shifts will be at VCMC, but clinician could be required to float to Santa Paula on occasion ORIENTATIONS: - 4 days total. General orientation on site every other Tuesday. This is followed by mandatory Cerner training on Thursday and Friday of the same week.
