5x8hr Days – 8a-5p – 40hrs per week (25-30 points per week, 4-6 patients per day, required to equal 40hrs per week) RN (Home Health/ Hospice ): Virginia Healthcare Services Position / Specialty: RN – Home Health Average # of patients/day: 4-6 patients per day Points per day/week: How are points broken down? On average 25-30 visits per week depending on the coverage area. Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours guaranteed per week Types of Cases: Home Health, Wound care, medication administration, etc. - The vast majority of our patients are located in their respective residences.
Years of experience REQ: Min 1 year Home Health, 2 years’ experience overall as a clinician. First-timers accepted: (Y/N) No – they need an experienced traveler Weekend REQ: Varies - *Have the traveler ask about On Call during Interview (Discuss upon interview) Certs REQ: BLS and valid License in hand. Is on-call REQ?
(Y/N) Must be open to occasional On call rotations, discuss upon interview Territory/County covering: Must be willing to travel up to 50 miles outside home base Mileage reimbursed? IRS Standard - not to first patient or back home Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Yes, 50-mile radius for locals.
Pending License accepted: (Y/N) No, must have valid license in hand at time of sub. Dress Code: Scrubs, any color Charting: Kinnser (also known as Wellsky) OASIS Experience?: Yes, must have Oasis experience - only RNs need this RTO Restrictions: RTO ONLY APPROVED AT TIME OF SUBMISSION.
