This location requires OR and WA License, both must post prior to start Assignment Details • Start Date: November 9 or November 16 (ADDITIONAL STARTS WILL NOT BE ACCOMODATED) •
- 8-hour day shifts
- Schedule Restrictions: 4x10s and 3x12s are not available
- Assignment Setting: Skilled Home Health
- Patient Ratio: 1:1
- Productivity: Approximately 30 points per week; up to 6 patients per day
- Experience Required: At least 1 year of skilled Home Health experience
- First-Time Travelers: Accepted
- Weekend Requirement: Weekend support may be required
- Call Requirement: None
- Required Certification: BLS
