This is a Home Health RN position with HomeCare Maryland
The patient population is primarily geriatric
The schedule is Monday–Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Expected productivity is 30 points per week, with approximately 6 points per day in Baltimore County and support for Baltimore City as needed
Visit notes and other documentation should be submitted within 24–48 hours of the visit Any additional experience requirements?
OASIS documentation and clinical assessment experience are required
Home Health admission assessments, Start of Care, recertification, resumption of care, routine visits and transfers are required
Experience with wound care, pressure ulcer management and wound VACs is required
IV therapy, home infusion, central line/port care, phlebotomy and starting/maintaining IVs are required
Feeding tube, G-tube, ostomy and urinary catheter management experience is required
