Local rate is defined as within 75 miles of the home base. Bill rate will be -$3 for all locals. Minimal RTO will be considered. 5 days or less.

1 out of every 6 weekends. For home health professionals or other professionals where driving is required to perform their job, Client will reimburse Vaya Workforce for mileage incurred by the professional for travel between visit locations. In addition, mileage to the professional’s first visit in a day and from the professional’s final visit in a day shall be reimbursed only to the extent such mileage exceeds the distance between the professional’s home and the Client’s office.
If the mileage to the professional’s first visit in a day and from the professional’s final visit in a day is less than or equal to the distance between the professional’s home and the Client’s office, no reimbursement will be provided. All mileage shall be reimbursed at the IRS Standard Mileage Rate in effect at the time of travel. **Depending on where a traveler resides for the assignment, avoiding tolls can add extended time to the route as toll roads are very common in the area (can be $2.40-$5.) Travelers are expected to complete 4-5 visits within their 8hr shift and should manage their time accordingly to avoid OT.
