Must have recent HH experience with proficiency in OASIS documentation. - RT Equipment: We do not provide ventilator support for patients in HH here. - Experience or 'Must have'
Recent HH experience (within 2 years), OASIS proficiency, wound care experience, excellent infection control practices in the home environment. - How many patients do they see per day?: A typical day would involve 6 points. This wound be an Admission plus 3-4 patients. Travel RN's are required to do SOC's, Re-certs and Resumptions. - Manager/Supervisor: We have both available after hours as needed.
An Administrator, an RN coordinator or an office support supervisor. - Home Health/Hospice Aids?: We do have CNA's employed here in that role. - Shifts & Scheduling: The scheduling is done by the office. We would expect the travel nurse to work 5 days per week unless scheduled for the rotating weekend. In that case, they would have a day off before and after.

Yes. Typically up to two holidays per year. - Is there a call or standby requirement?: We have a nurse on call each night and on weekends and the travel nurse would participate in this rotation. Usually no more than one night of call per week. - Floating
All nurses will work HH and hospice. Primary hospice patients would typically not be assigned to a travel nurse but the travel nurse may have to see a hospice patient on call and we can teach that protocol. - Scrub Color/Dress Code: Any solid color, clean & professional. *MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Marshfield.
