2 years Average # of patients/day: 4
8 depending on hours worked and needs Types of Cases: Hospice on-call symptom visits and admits First timers accepted: Yes with Hospice experience Certs REQ: BLS On-call REQ? yes- Territory: up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/ office Dress Code: Scrubs- Mileage Reimbursed: Yes- at the IRS standard rate Any additional details, specific skills required Experience with pain and symptom control, death and dying would be very valuable to the person filling this position. Electronic documentation is the preference/method to capture notes. We use MyUnity platform.
